Проектът ECLI-BG предвижда въвеждането на идентификатора ECLI за всички съдебни актове на български съдилища в поддържания от Висшия съдебен съвет Централен уеб базиран интерфейс за публикуване на съдебни актове.
ECLI вече е въведен от Съда на ЕС, както и в базите данни със съдебна практика на 19 държави-членки на ЕС.
Цел на проекта ECLI-BG е да се внедри на Европейския идентификатор за съдебна практика ECLI в България и да се установи взаимодействие с търсачката по ECLI в портала e-Justice на ЕК.
ECLI е уеб стандарт, улесняващ еднозначното цитиране на решения на европейски и национални съдилища с цел подобряване на трансграничния достъп до съдебна практика.
ECLI вече е внедрен от Съда на ЕС, Европейския съд по правата на човека и Европейското патентно ведомство, както и в бази данни със съдебна практика на 12 държави-членки на ЕС.
ECLI-BG се изпълнява от водещия доставчик на правна информация АПИС и Съюзът на юристите в България – най-авторитетната българска асоциация на практикуващите юристи.
